How do I Apply

How do I apply?

The Gobabeb Training and Research Internship Programme (GTRIP) is a five-month field course (February—June 2016) for young Namibian scientists interested in the fields of conservation and ecological restoration.  Under the guidance of Gobabeb researchers and staff, students will design and implement independent research projects that contribute to Namibia’s ability to manage and restore degraded ecosystems.

GTRIP 2016 is now accepting applications, due the second of October 2015. The application can be found here, and background on previous GTRIP research projects can be explored here.

To apply for an internship, please send a completed internship application form, including a CV and statement of intent, to the intern coordinator via email or post. In your statement of intent, please highlight your field(s) of interest and areas of experience so that we may match your skills with an appropriate placement.

For more information about internships at Gobabeb, download the Information for Gobabeb Interns document.
